Sergei the Beautiful Phantom

Name: Sergei / Class: Beautiful Phantom
Stats: Strength Main. Strength Medium, Agility High, Intel low.
Role: Hero Killer
Model: Shade

Spells:
=Famous Stare - Stuns the target and slowly draws it towards Sergei. Deals 50/100/150/200/250 damage. The target receives the damage when it reaches Sergei and it becomes unstunned as well.
=Ultrarune - Summons a blue rune above Sergei. The rune slowly drains Sergei's mana until the mana of the rune is maxed out. As soon as the rune is maxed at mana (1000 mana?!) it releases a huge and devasting blast dealing 10/11/12/13/14/18xSergei's strength stat (including bonuses). This spell is channeling and Sergei cannot do anything until the Rune is finished draining mana.
=Beautiful Collision - (plague) a unit that gets close to Sergei receives a plague buff which drains 2% health every second. They also become 20% slower. Any unit affected by Beautiful Collision is subject to "offer" its mana to Sergei's rune, resulting in it's buildup faster. Duration when away from Sergei is 5 seconds.
+Phantom Gap - Ultrawindwalk that grants Sergei with max speed. While in this mode Beautiful Collision's effects - 2% health debilitation increases to 3/4/5%. Slowing speed increases from 20% to 25/30/35%. And the area of effect of the spell also increases dramatically.

A hero beyond evil. His abilities all connect with one another and have devastating effects. Sergei has low mana and low health. His ability to conduct battle without including himself is a bonus.

Beautiful Collision is to powerful, and would be more like something you activate, or cast. I like Famous Stare, btw just a thought to make the name sound better, how about Phantom Glance? Ultrarune would be relatively useless unless it drained like 10 mana per second, cause even if you tried to channel it around everyone, you would be killed. Phantom Gap seems okay, I just don't get the point, Windwalk and run around so people are all affected by the spell?

I don't mean to sound rude, but good concept, delivery needs some work, and the hero doesn't really piece together its spells. If you were to use famous stare followed my Phantom gap i could see how that would be good, but Ultrarune seems to fit in no where, and how would a Strength Hero have low hp?

Other than that okay job!

I still don't get how ultrarune is supposed to do anything unless you are sitting next to a fountain while someone is in your base.
